I design your sessions around you, what stage of pregnancy you are at, I sensitively adapt your exercise according to how you feel, and the changes your body is going through.
I will dispel the myths and confusion surrounding exercise during pregnancy and show you that you are capable of safely maintaining your flexibility, fitness, mobility, posture and strength whilst carrying your precious load!

Once you have had your 6 week post natal check and your health professional has given you the all clear to exercise, I use low impact cardio, gentle resistance work and specific restorative core exercises to address all of these areas. I will constantly monitor how your body responds to exercise and progress your work outs to become more challenging as appropriate.
