Whether you are completely new to fitness or an advanced exerciser I can deliver a bespoke programme to help you achieve your goals. You will learn all about the benefits of my fitness, strength, endurance and body sculpt programmes.

I offer a free no obligation consultation where we sit down and have a chat about your fitness goals and requirements. I will find out information about you and your lifestyle choices. As part of the consultation, I will take your blood pressure and body composition measurements. These results and information determine your current state of health and personal fitness and serve as a baseline assessment for us to monitor your progress over the coming weeks. From these, we discuss your desired outcomes and set achievable goals.

It is time to put all the knowledge about your body into practice and take control of maintaining the fabulous, focused new you!
However from time to time you may need a little boost of motivation, advice or an injection of creativity to help move your training on. For this reason I am happy to offer the 6 month maintenance package.
